Does anyone have access to a saw or drill? I want to make a circular shield but I don't have a way to cut down the plywood or to drill holes for the straps.
If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm back, anyone have something I could use to cut slits in my shield core so I can run leather straps through it?

If you want, in arts and journalism building they have a workshop with all the tools you can ever need to cut wood. Its what Kyle & I used to cut our shield cores. You just go in and use the stuff, asking the main guy for permission of course. (at least you do if you go in right at 9 when it closes, like we did) but you're welcome in there. Everyone is.
