Hey Guise, I'm Sabo!
I'm one of "those guys who doesn't really get into roleplaying all that much." Respect to you if you're into it. But I'm more about fighting people then I am about looking the part. Which is why I've more or less stayed away from the "character name" thing. One day if I find I've earned a more solid, generally agreed upon and earned nickname or moniker then "Sabo," I may find that situation changes. But for now, I'm pretty okay with just going by that. Besides, "Sabo" isn't exactly "John" or "Mary-Sue."
I fight with Stormhaven the most because that's the chapter that's nearest to me. I tend to associate less with the name when I travel to other realms, just because I often find it's just me, or just me and 1-2 other people, and that seems kind of pointless.
No unit for me. Not now, not ever. I'd rather fight as a merc and keep my options open then confine myself to something like that.
Well, I LIKE to fight with reds. Everything from the minimal "micro"-reds, to The Mountain Crusher. If it's red, I probably like it. I've already arranged to purchase Mountain Crusher from Batu, and I'm ridiculously excited about it.
However, I'm probably most effective and useful on spear.
I hate archers. So much. With the burning, fiery intensity of a thousand suns. I've never actually attempted to arch, but man I love killin' me some archers. They must die at any cost. If I'm every seen roleplaying anything, it's how much I hate archers.
My least favorite style to actually fight with is Florentine. Fuck that shit.
Well, I started fighting around the time Stormhaven was getting re-started at Ball State. I fought for, gosh, probably 6 months, then hurt myself over the summer, then took a hiatus that next semester, and then started coming back last semester.
I think the only event that I've attended that was an actual even was Milligeddon 4. Y'know, the one with the pirates? It's was pretty rad.
I'm done writing a novel about myself now.
